Aussie Landscape Management LLC provides professional landscaping services for homeowners across Northeast Florida, with a focus on the Greater Jacksonville area, including Clay County, Duval County, and St. Johns County. Where It Began…

Michael has been in the landscaping world since he was 16, when he started a lawn mowing business in Brisbane, Australia. He took the work seriously from day one, learning what it takes to serve customers well, deliver consistent results, and build a reputation you can stand behind. By 21, he had grown the company enough to sell the business, and those early years still shape the way he approaches landscaping today.

After spending time traveling, Michael met his wife, Caley, in Europe. Travel is still a big part of their lives, including trips back to Australia and new adventures with their family.

After moving to Florida, Michael earned his horticulture degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and began laying the groundwork for Aussie Landscape Management LLC. His goal is simple: landscaping that looks great, performs well long-term, and comes with the kind of customer care that keeps people coming back.

Outside of work, Michael is a proud dad and he’ll always have a soft spot for Australian soccer and the place where it all began.

Michael

Owner

Michael leads the company with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on quality. With a background in horticulture, he cares about plant health and long-term landscape results—not just how things look on day one. He’s committed to professional service, clear and consistent communication, and setting a high standard for workmanship on every property.

Brandon

Landscape Installation Crew Leader

Brandon leads our landscape installation team with a strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach. He previously worked as a naval mechanic and brings a “mechanical brain” to every project—especially when it comes to planning, precision, and getting the small details right. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys working on his trucks, fishing, and is currently building out a few greenhouse projects.

Logan

Landscape Installation Crew Leader

Logan leads our landscape maintenance team with a strong focus on efficiency and detail. During the summer, when everything is growing fast, he helps lead the charge in keeping our properties consistently clean, sharp, and well maintained. Logan is dependable, steady, and takes pride in doing things the right way week after week. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, loves the outdoors and is always down for a good concert.

Ben

Operations and Crew Leader

Ben supports the operations and marketing side of the company, including software systems, scheduling workflows, and the online presence. During the busy summer season, he also serves as a crew leader in the field to help keep projects and maintenance routes running smoothly. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors and going to the beach with his family.

Jorge

Crew Member

Jorge is a key part of our maintenance and installation team and is known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail. He takes pride in leaving properties clean, consistent, and well cared for on every visit. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys creating crafts, taking care of his chickens, and staying connected with his family back home.
